Little Steps Day Nursery is owned and managed by Heather Woolston and Karen Bounds, we will both be part of the working team in the nursery.
Karen has a BEd Primary degree Honours degree and several years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, teaching children from 4 years to 9 years of age. Heather worked in a primary school for many years and gained a wealth of knowledge as a Level 4 HLTA.
The management team also includes:
- Jo McEnery - Deputy Manager and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) co-ordinator
Our team of highly experienced, qualified and dedicated staff, who share our love and respect for children, create an environment which is safe, fun and helps them with their first 'little steps' on their learning journey.
The whole team is valued and this is reflected in our continual staff training and support programmes.
All the staff have completed First Aid Training.
